Do I need to be home for the quote?
Not for exterior work. We can look at the outside of your property and price it without you there. Interior work just needs access on the day.
How quickly will you get back to me?
As quickly as we can — we are a small, owner-run business, so messages reach the people doing the work rather than a call centre. If you need something urgently, calling is faster than the form.
What areas do you cover?
St. George, Washington, Hurricane, Santa Clara, Ivins, Cedar City and Mesquite. If you are just outside that list, ask — the answer is often yes.
Do you work with businesses and property managers?
Yes. We are licensed and insured for commercial work and can provide what a property manager needs before we are on site. Tell us who needs to approve the work.
Can you work around my schedule?
Usually. For businesses we work early mornings, evenings and quiet weekdays as a matter of course. For homes, tell us the window that suits and we will do our best to fit it.
