Imperial Window Cleaning & Services is run by the Conley brothers out of St. George. When you book with us, the owners are involved in the work — which is the difference between a company that has to care and one that is contractually obliged to.
We started here because this valley is genuinely hard on glass. Between the relentless Mojave-edge sun, fine red-rock dust and some of the hardest culinary water in Utah, windows here do not stay clear on their own. That is a problem worth doing properly.
We have deliberately kept the business small enough that standards do not slip. Uniformed, background-checked crew, shoe covers on before anyone steps inside, and a walk-through before we leave.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, for both residential and commercial work. That matters most on the jobs involving height — two-story entry glass, great-room windows and commercial frontage — where you want the company working above your property properly covered.
What areas do you serve?
We cover St. George, Washington, Hurricane, Santa Clara, Ivins, Cedar City and Mesquite. See the service area page for the detail on each community.
Do you tint cars?
No. We tint homes and commercial buildings, not vehicles. The film, the glass and the installation are all different.
Are your products safe around pets and children?
Yes. We use eco-friendly, pet-safe solutions that cut grime without harsh chemicals — safe around kids, pets, gardens and pollinators. It is also better for the glass.
What is the 48-hour re-clean?
Spot a streak or a missed pane within 48 hours of the clean and we come back and fix it free. It applies to qualifying window-cleaning work and it is confirmed on your quote.
